Design and Development
Using the latest in CAD/CAM technologies, we can either design your job from the bottom up, or use your existing drawing files. From
simple parts to complex 3D files, we can manage it all. If you have a jpeg of your company logo, a detail of a part to modify, even
a sketch on a scrap of paper, we can translate that into tool path geometry and machine your job. We can develop your idea from concept
to completion or as a part of a larger team. Our role can be customized as the project requires.
Ryan’s Custom Machine has a 3-axis Matsuura 600V CNC vertical mill which provides first-rate machining capabilities in order
to do complex parts or small production runs. We also have a full collection of manual machines that compliment and support modern
operations. All of our machinists have gone through and graduated from a traditional apprenticeship program and are nationally
certified. We are proficient in traditional practices as well as contemporary forms of machining.
